"Poor"
The hotel is conveniently located at the end of central Venice where all transport links arrive into. Its and easy 5 minute walk to the bus station, 10 to the trains but also not far from the main attractions. All staff we interacted with were pleasant. We did get there and our room was ready despite at 10.30am arrival.

Was close to the piazzale Roma taxi stand so thats the only reason I booked this hotel. Also because of my GHA titanium membership but they didnt even bother recognising it anyways.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms Close to the Plaza Di Roma station where you can get a number of buses to and from airport but also the railway station where you can do boat excursions/day trips

Location from the train station, easy walk to main attractions, super friendly and helpful staff, big room with high ceilings, amenities, toiletries, cleanliness, comfy bed and pillows. We couldn't fault anything during our stay.
